The transparent plastic bottle with a black ribbed closure is a universal container suitable for professional as well as home packaging of cosmetic formulations, technical solutions or auxiliary preparations. Thanks to its practical shape and reliable thread, the bottle is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity products that require secure closing and easy handling.
The transparent material enables immediate visual inspection of the contents, which you will appreciate when dosing, checking the colour or monitoring the remaining product level. The ribbed closure ensures convenient opening even when working with gloves and helps with thorough tightening, thereby minimizing the risk of leakage of the contents during storage and transport.
The individual bottle with a neck corresponding to standard accessories is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the Handymade.sk offer. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of the long-term stability and safety of the product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if you follow basic hygiene principles and monitor its overall condition (undamaged thread, closure, no cracks). Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the container thoroughly and disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Disinfection before filling is crucial for maintaining the quality and microbiological safety of your formulations.
First rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent, avoiding aggressive abrasive agents that could damage the surface. After thorough rinsing, allow the container and the closure to dry completely. Then we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and the neck with alcohol (for example products based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade.sk) to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the next filling. After disinfection, let the alcohol evaporate and only then use the bottle again.
For plastic packaging of this type we do not recommend exposing the material to high temperatures, whether in the dishwasher, during boiling or under long-term exposure to hot water and steam. Under excessive thermal stress, deformation of the packaging, reduction of mechanical stability and impairment of the sealing of the closure may occur. For cleaning, prefer hand washing in moderately warm water, do not damage the surface mechanically and ensure hygiene rather by using a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant preparation than by thermal sterilization.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend placing it in the appropriate sorted waste according to the material specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. Before entering the recycling stream, empty the bottle as much as possible and, if possible, rinse out any remaining contents to minimize contamination of other containers in the bin. You can recycle the closure together with the bottle or separately, depending on local waste sorting rules. By recycling, you support the reuse of the material and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
