The plastic bottle with flip-top closure represents a practical solution for hygienic dispensing of various liquid and gel-based products. Thanks to its transparent design, you have the contents under constant visual control, which makes it easier to monitor consumption and aesthetically match it to your brand. The packaging is designed to be suitable for cosmetic formulations, mild cleansing preparations or other liquid blends where convenient and controlled use is important.
The flip-top closure allows quick one-handed opening and closing and significantly reduces the risk of unwanted leakage. In combination with the durable plastic bottle body, this is a versatile packaging that is suitable for smaller and larger production runs, home crafting as well as artisan manufacture.
This bottle belongs among the standalone packs that are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific product, you can choose between screw caps, dropper and dosing inserts, spray pumps or practical applicators designed for liquid and gel formulations.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, pH, etc.).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (products available in the hygiene and disinfection category, such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the service life of the product.
For a bottle made of PET material, we recommend first rinsing it with the residual carrier (for example a vegetable oil or water, depending on the type of original contents) and then washing it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, allow the packaging to dry and only then disinfect it with an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and again allow it to air out and dry thoroughly. For PET material, do not use hot or boiling water, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation or damage to the packaging.
Store the PET bottle in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Long-term exposure to high temperatures or direct sun can affect the shape of the packaging and the properties of the plastic. Normal room conditions without extreme temperature fluctuations are recommended. When storing filled products, you must also observe the recommendations for the formulation itself (e.g. sensitivity to light or heat) and adapt the placement of the bottles accordingly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in an environmentally friendly way. According to the material designation in the product parameters, this is PET plastic, which belongs in the container intended for plastic waste sorting. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the packaging, remove any residue and compress the bottle so that it takes up as little space as possible. The closure can be recycled together with the bottle if it is also made of plastic; if the material differs according to the designation in the parameters, put the individual parts into the appropriate collection containers in line with local waste sorting rules.

In the extended filter, you can conveniently filter according to key parameters such as neck type, pack size, colour and material used. This allows you to display only those packs that correspond to your formulation, preferred design and technical requirements.
Yes, thanks to the low weight and durability of PET plastic, the bottle is also suitable for carrying in travel cosmetics or an everyday bag. The flip-top closure allows quick use and, when correctly closed, minimises the risk of leakage. When travelling, however, we recommend always closing the bottle carefully, placing it in an upright position and, in air transport, taking into account pressure changes that may affect the behaviour of liquids in closed packs.
