The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and hygienic packaging solution for various liquid products where fine and even misting is important. The transparent design allows visual control of the contents and their consumption, while the white trigger sprayer facilitates comfortable and precise application. This type of packaging is suitable for cosmetic as well as craft home formulations where dosing in the form of a mist or spray is required.
Thanks to the combination of a high‑quality plastic body and a functional mechanical sprayer, the bottle is ideal for filling liquid preparations, solutions and blends that are applied to the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The packaging is designed to be lightweight, easy to handle and suitable both for travelling and for professional use in beauty salons or workshops.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and sprayer, ready for immediate use with a suitable liquid filling. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify optimal functionality for your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Detailed information on the material, neck type, dimensions and other specifications can be found directly in the product parameters tab, where any usage limitations are also stated. When working with plastic packaging, it is important to follow the recommended conditions of use, storage and cleaning according to the provided documentation.
The trigger sprayer is designed primarily for thin liquids and watery solutions that pass through the nozzle without clogging. For thick emulsions, oil serums or gels, it is more appropriate to choose another form of dosing, for example a pump or a dispensing bottle intended for more viscous products. Before filling, we recommend testing a small amount to check whether the chosen formulation passes reliably through the sprayer and is sprayed evenly.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles and appropriate cleaning between individual fillings are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using high‑strength alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the original formulation and the new product.
It is advisable to first rinse the bottle with warm water and detergent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. Afterwards, the inner surface and the spray mechanism must be disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example using the product IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. It is advisable to pump the alcohol through the sprayer itself so that the inner capillary and nozzle are also cleaned. After disinfection, it is best to let the packaging dry completely at room temperature.
The plastic material and the spray mechanism are not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, such as boiling or hot dishwasher programmes. With such handling there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, damage to seals, warping of the tube or reduced functionality of the sprayer. For safe cleaning and disinfection, we recommend using lukewarm to moderately warm water with detergent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol, without using extremely high temperatures.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material designation specified in the product parameters. The bottle body and the sprayer may be made of different plastics, so it is advisable to separate them before recycling, where possible. You should follow local waste‑sorting rules – usually, clean plastic packaging is placed in the plastics container. In the case of specific material composition, follow the recycling symbol and the recommendations stated with the product on the website.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Using the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material so that it best matches your product and the intended use. We recommend comparing several options and, in the case of non‑standard formulations, always carrying out your own compatibility test of the packaging with the contents.
