The transparent round plastic bottle with aluminium cap is a universal container suitable for packaging a wide range of liquid and fine free-flowing products. The transparent walls allow visual inspection of the contents, which is practical both during production and when using the finished preparations. The high-quality plastic material, combined with the tightly closing aluminium cap, helps protect formulations from contamination and unwanted leakage.
This bottle is a popular choice for small cosmetic batches, artisan production and home blending of products, where reliable protection of the contents, easy handling and an aesthetic, clean appearance of the packaging are important. Thanks to its practical shape, it fits well in the hand, is comfortable to fill and is also suitable for travel sizes or tester amounts.
The standalone plastic bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. It can be combined with solutions such as screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, depending on the desired way of using the final product. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If the plastic packaging is made of PET, we recommend following the principle that this material should not be exposed to high temperatures. When overheated, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, so it is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, choose gentle hand washing at appropriate water temperatures with suitable cleaning agents.
The container can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. For plastic materials such as PET, avoid high temperatures; do not boil the container and do not wash it in a dishwasher to prevent deformation.
First remove any residues of the original product and wash the container by hand with lukewarm water and a suitable detergent, avoiding hot water that could deform the plastic. After thorough rinsing, allow the bottle to dry and then disinfect it with alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Allow the disinfectant solution to act, pour off any excess and let the container air-dry completely.
When recycling, always follow the material information given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the plastic body of the bottle can be placed in sorted waste according to the type of plastic (the material type is given in the parameter table on the product page). We recommend separating the aluminium cap and sorting it into the container intended for metal packaging, if such sorting is available in your municipality. If it is not possible to recycle the components separately, follow the local waste-sorting rules. It is always advisable to clean the container of product residues before disposal.
Plastic packaging made of materials such as PET is not intended for filling with hot mixtures or for exposure to high temperatures. High temperature can cause softening or deformation of the bottle walls and affect the sealing of the closure. Mixtures should only be filled once they have cooled to room temperature. When working with warm phases of a formulation, we recommend cooling the components first in a laboratory vessel and only then transferring the finished product into this bottle.
