The plastic bottle with lever spray pump is a practical packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist, which makes it ideal for a wide range of cosmetic and cleaning formulations. Thanks to the combination of a transparent body and a functional sprayer, you have a good overview of the contents as well as the product consumption, while the packaging supports comfortable and hygienic use during everyday application.
The construction of the bottle is designed to allow reliable spraying without unnecessary product waste, which is especially important for concentrates, aromatherapeutic blends or professional cosmetics. The high-quality plastic material provides firm support for the dispensing mechanism and ensures that the packaging is suitable for liquid products with different viscosities, as long as they are compatible with this type of material.
This bottle with sprayer represents a ready-made packaging solution with dosing, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, essential oils or other active substances).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the spraying mechanism, ideally using suitable alcohol-based solutions, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Only after all parts are completely dry is the packaging ready for further use.
First, it is advisable to rinse the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, and then rinse it several times with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend spraying or rinsing the inner surface and the dispensing system with disinfectant alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 or ethanol 96% plant-based denatured. Before refilling, all parts must be allowed to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

In the filter you can adjust the selection according to several parameters – for example by neck type, size, colour or material. Thanks to this, you can easily find a bottle, pharma bottle or jar that best matches your formulation and your requirements for design or dosing.
The sprayer is generally suitable for many liquid preparations, including solutions containing alcohol or essential oils, but we always recommend performing your own compatibility test with the specific formulation. During testing, observe the sealing, smoothness of spraying, any changes to the plastic parts and the stability of the fragrance or colour. If no undesirable changes occur, you can safely use the given combination even in the long term.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with sprayer, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, removing product residues by rinsing. Then sort the packaging according to the material type stated in the product parameters – plastic parts belong in the appropriate container for plastics according to local waste sorting rules. By separating the individual components (bottle body, upper part of the sprayer), you increase the efficiency of recycling and reduce the burden on the environment.
