Glass pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser for creams is a professional packaging intended for hygienic, precise and economical dispensing of creamy, gel and emulsion preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dispensing system, the bottle is ideal for filling preparations with higher viscosity that require controlled and clean application without the fingers coming into contact with the contents.
The packaging is suitable for cosmetic formulations for facial, body or hand care, as well as for artisanal and natural products in smaller series. The stable glass helps to protect the consistency and appearance of the filling, minimizes interaction with the contents and supports a longer shelf life of the product with proper storage.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of bottle and dispensing system, optimised for comfortable and hygienic use of creamy and gel products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging is suitable for your particular product.

The dispensing bottle is designed primarily for creams, gels and emulsions with medium to higher viscosity. Before final filling, we recommend trying a smaller amount of the formulation and testing whether the dispenser provides smooth and even extrusion without clogging or dripping.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the dispensing part, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, let all parts dry completely so that no residual water or disinfectant gets into the formulation.
It is advisable to fill creams and gels into a clean and disinfected bottle using a cosmetic spatula, filling gun or funnel intended for cosmetics. Make sure that the mass does not get into the thread and sealing surfaces of the dispenser, thereby minimising the risk of contamination and leakage. After filling, close the packaging tightly and before first use check the functionality of the dosing.
After emptying, first mechanically remove the remaining cream, then wash the packaging with a suitable detergent in warm (not boiling) water. After thorough rinsing, we recommend disinfecting the bottle and the dispensing part with alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant origin. After disinfection, let all parts dry freely on a clean surface. Before the next filling, make sure that no residues of the original product or cleaning agents remain in the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it and cleaning it of product residues. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in separated glass collection according to local rules, while the plastic components of the dispenser (for example the pump or internal parts) should be placed in mixed waste or plastics according to the instructions of your waste management company. When recycling, follow the recycling symbols and the information given in the parameters of the specific product on the Handymade.sk website so that the packaging is disposed of in the most responsible way possible.
