The glass vial with white dispenser represents a practical and reliable packaging for precise dosing of liquid cosmetic preparations and blends. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional dispensing mechanism, it is suitable for preparations where controlled application, content stability and a professional product appearance are important. This type of bottle is ideal for smaller production batches as well as home-made formulas, where cleanliness, protection and user comfort are important.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of bottle and dispenser, designed for comfortable and repeatable dosing of cosmetic preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the chosen packaging meets the specific composition and viscosity of your product.

Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying the bottle and all its parts. Subsequently, the packaging must be disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. In the Handymade range you will find, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol 1 l and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based 1 l. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to air out sufficiently and to dry completely, and only then fill it with the final product.
The packaging can be reused provided hygiene principles are observed, especially in small-batch DIY cosmetic production. Before each new filling, however, the bottle, dispenser and all detachable parts must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Make sure everything is completely dry before refilling, to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and reduced product stability.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry, clean and stable place, protected from direct sunlight and major temperature fluctuations. The dispenser should always be tightly closed to prevent accidental leakage of the product and to limit the access of air and impurities. For more sensitive formulations (for example with a higher proportion of natural oils and active ingredients), it is advisable to prefer a cooler and darker environment, in line with the recommendations for the specific cosmetic type.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the bottle as much as possible and wiping or rinsing off product residues, depending on the nature of the content. The glass part of the packaging can usually be placed in sorted glass collection, and the plastic parts of the dispenser belong in the relevant sorted waste stream according to local rules. Always follow the instructions of your local waste separation system and the recommendations derived from the material information specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. In this way, you support responsible recycling and a reduction in the amount of unnecessary waste.

In the advanced filter it is possible to combine several parameters at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material. Thanks to this, you can easily choose a bottle, vial, jar or other container that will meet the technical requirements of your formulation as well as the visual identity of your product.
