The medicine bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, as long as it is not visibly damaged or deteriorated. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured, and it is important to allow the packaging to dry completely after application.

Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the medicine bottle from dust, rinsing it with a suitable cleaning solution and then disinfecting it. After disinfection, it is necessary to allow the inside of the bottle and the dispensing part to dry completely at room temperature in a clean environment. A packaging prepared in this way can be safely filled with your formulation and the risk of product deterioration can be minimised.

Amber glass reduces light penetration to the contents, which is advantageous for products with increased sensitivity to oxidation, such as certain oils, extracts or aromatic compositions. At the same time, glass is a material that typically does not react with common cosmetic ingredients. Even with sensitive formulations, however, we recommend carrying out an internal stability test under the conditions in which the product will be stored and used.

The compact volume of the medicine bottle and the integrated dispenser are suitable for products where precision and control of consumption are important. It is recommended to press the dispenser several times during the first use to fill the system, and then to monitor the number of pumps or drops needed for one application. In this way you can easily set the recommended dosing for customers as well as for internal formulations.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling according to the material composition given in the product parameters is recommended. Before disposal, it is appropriate to empty the glass bottle and remove any remaining contents, and then place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste collection. Dispose of the dispensing part and closure according to the material specified in the technical description so that recycling is as effective as possible and in accordance with local waste sorting rules.
