The glass vial with black cap is a professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid preparations, such as cosmetic serums, oils, tinctures or concentrated solutions. High-quality glass helps protect the contents from external influences and is a stable choice for products where purity, long-term stability and a representative appearance of the packaging are important.
Thanks to the robust glass body, this bottle is ideal for packaging preparations with a higher proportion of active substances that require reliable, chemically resistant and easy-to-clean packaging. The secure closure with the black cap minimizes the risk of leakage of the contents during storage and handling and supports the professional presentation of the final product.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected product parameters – for example with screw caps, dropper closures, pipettes, spray pumps or practical applicators for precise application. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before the final deployment of the packaging in production, we recommend testing the behaviour over time of the specific cosmetic or technical formulation, especially for products with a higher content of acids, alcohol or other active substances.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (removing dust or any possible manufacturing residues) and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the vial to evaporate thoroughly and dry so that no residues of the cleaning medium remain inside.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol do we recommend filling the packaging again. When using it repeatedly, always also take into account the condition of the closure and the seal and replace them in case of wear.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly. The glass part of the vial should be emptied, freed from any remaining contents and placed in the container intended for sorted glass collection according to the rules of your local waste collection system. The closure, which is usually made of plastic or a combination of materials, should be separated and recycled in accordance with the material designation in the product parameters. For combined materials, follow the recommendations of the local collection system or you can hand it over at the collection yard, where the packaging will be correctly classified.
Glass vials are generally suitable for packaging concentrated and more sensitive formulations, because glass is a stable and chemically resistant material. However, for products containing acids, a high content of alcohol or strongly aromatic components, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the formulation in the packaging over time, any change in colour, odour or viscosity, as well as the sealing of the closure during real product use.
