The glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging solution for targeted dosing of liquid formulations. Thanks to the precise dropper, it is suitable for filling products where controlled, hygienic and economical dosing is important. High-quality glass ensures the stability of the contents and minimizes interactions between the packaging and the filled product, which is particularly important for sensitive cosmetics and concentrated blends.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the dropper, mechanically cleaning off residues of the previous product and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based product. For this purpose, you can use technical isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill them.
The glass bottle with dropper is ideal for various liquid and oil-based formulations where you need drop-by-drop dosing. For very thick products, the flow through the dropper may be slower, so we recommend always testing the consistency of your formula in a small trial batch and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity or choosing another type of closure or applicator available in the packaging category range.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass part of the bottle can be handed in for glass collection after being cleaned of product residues. The plastic components of the dropper (for example the plastic part of the closure or the pipette) are sorted according to the specific material, or placed in mixed waste if they cannot be clearly classified. Yes, the glass bottle with dropper is also suitable for preparing and archiving smaller test samples. Thanks to precise dosing, it allows you to easily compare different concentrations of active ingredients or aromatic blends. When working with multiple samples, we recommend clearly labelling each bottle, stating the filling date and the batch number of the formula so that you keep the product development under control.
