The glass bottle with white spray pump is a professional packaging component designed for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to high-quality glass and a carefully selected spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic, hygienic and technical solutions where controlled application to the skin, hair or a surface is important.
This type of bottle is ideal for preparations that require even atomization in a small amount – for example toners, serums, aqueous solutions or aromatic sprays. Glass is a stable, chemically resistant material that minimizes interaction with the contents and helps preserve their properties throughout the entire period of use. The practical spray pump ensures convenient, repeatable dosing without the contents coming into contact with the external environment.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a complete functional unit ready for filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, type and amount of dosing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it – we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry can the bottle be refilled with a new preparation.
It is best suited for low-viscosity liquid formulations – face and body sprays, hydrolats, refreshers, hair sprays or mild disinfectant solutions. Thanks to the fine mist, it is suitable wherever you need even application of a small amount of product over a larger area without the nozzle coming into contact with the skin or surface.
It is advisable to pour in the contents slowly, preferably using a funnel or dosing container, to avoid contaminating the neck and thread. Do not fill the bottle up to the very top – leave a small air gap that will make it easier for the product to be drawn into the tube of the spray pump. After screwing on the spray pump, we recommend pressing the pump several times until the system fills and starts dosing evenly.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and disposing of the remaining preparation according to the nature of the product (see the recommendations of the filling manufacturer). Then remove any impurities from the glass container and separate it from the plastic spray pump. Put the glass into the collection container intended for glass waste, while the plastic part with the spray mechanism should be sorted according to the material designation given in the product parameters and the local waste sorting rules. In this way you ensure responsible handling of the packaging even after the end of its service life.
The advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category, will help you with your selection. Using the filter you can easily narrow down the range according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these parameters you will quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or containers that best match the properties of your product and the required method of application.
Before introducing it for sale or for regular use we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test. Check in particular the tightness of the thread and spray pump when carrying and tilting the bottle, the stability of the product in contact with the glass and the plastic parts of the spray pump, as well as the consistency and direction of the spray pattern. For formulations with a higher alcohol content or a higher level of active substances it is appropriate to monitor changes in fragrance, colour or clarity over time so that you can be sure that the combination of packaging and filling is long-term stable.
