Glass bottle – pharmaceutical-style bottle made of white glass with black spray pump represents a professional packaging solution for cosmetic and technical liquid products where precise and hygienic application in the form of a fine mist is important. The opaque white glass helps protect more sensitive contents from light and contributes to the stability of the composition during storage and use. The integrated black spray pump enables even dosing without finger contact with the contents, which is ideal for products requiring clean and controlled application.
This product is a comprehensive combination of glass bottle and spray pump designed for immediate use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be safely reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle and the spray pump, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed to refilling, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination or an impact on the stability of the new product.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid products of low to medium viscosity that are to be applied as a fine mist or spray. In practice, this concerns mainly face and body sprays, toners, floral waters, hair tonics, refreshers, light oil blends or water–alcohol mixtures. For more viscous emulsions or oils, it is advisable to test in advance whether the chosen formulation passes through the spray pump smoothly and without clogging.
First, empty the packaging completely and disassemble it – separate the glass pharmaceutical bottle from the spray pump. Wash the glass thoroughly with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinse several times with clean water. We then recommend disinfecting the inner and outer surface of the bottle, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol 96 %. The spray pump should be flushed with warm water, and finally a small amount of disinfectant alcohol should be pumped through it briefly, so that the internal capillary is also cleaned. Before refilling, let all parts dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. The glass bottle, once any residue of contents has been removed, is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic spray pump (and any plastic and metal components) should go into sorted waste collection according to the instructions of your local waste management company. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging so that no larger product residues remain, which will make subsequent processing easier.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter, you can clearly narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This makes it easy to select a bottle, pharmaceutical-style bottle or other packaging that best matches your product and the intended dosing method.
