The glass bottle with white-gold dropper is an elegant and functional packaging suitable for modern formulations of liquid cosmetic products, serums and concentrated solutions. High-quality glass combined with a precise dropper allows for controlled and hygienic dosing, making the packaging ideal for products where application accuracy and minimisation of content contamination are important.
The bottle is designed to reliably protect the contents during normal use, ensure the stability of formulations and at the same time provide an aesthetic appearance when presenting the finished product to the end customer or in professional practice.
This bottle with dropper is ready for use as a complete packaging set. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging fully suits your specific product even during long-term use.

Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dropper from any dust and manufacturing residues and then disinfecting them. For disinfecting packaging surfaces, it is appropriate to use alcohol solutions, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. On Handymade you will find suitable products in the form of IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then proceed with filling.
The bottle is suitable for repeated use, provided hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly emptied, mechanically cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and unwanted interaction of residues of the previous product with the new formulation. When changing the type of product (e.g. from oil-based to water-based), we recommend paying increased attention to cleaning and disinfection or using new packaging.
Even dosing depends on the viscosity of the product and on the correct fitting of the dropper. After filling the bottle, do not overfill the neck so that the dropper can create a vacuum. Always screw the dropper on firmly, check that the sealing surfaces are properly seated and, at the first use, test the dosing with several trial drops. For significantly viscous oils, it may be necessary to work with slower squeezing of the dropper bulb so that the drops are dispensed smoothly and without splashing.
If you do not wish to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can generally be placed in a container designated for glass once you have removed any product residues. The dropper consists of several materials (plastic, rubber and possibly metal components), so it is advisable to separate it from the bottle and further sort it according to local instructions, or place it in mixed waste if the recycling system does not allow more detailed sorting of components. We recommend always referring to the material information in the product parameter table on Handymade and to the instructions of your collection system.
