Blue glass bottle with white dropper cap is a practical and aesthetic packaging designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and a functional dropper, it is suitable for filling products where hygienic, controlled and economical use of the contents is important. It represents a professional solution for home and artisan cosmetic formulations, pharmaceutical blends or concentrated extracts.
This packaging is designed for safe filling of various types of liquids – from serums and oils to tinctures and aromatic compositions. The blue glass also helps reduce light penetration to the contents, which can contribute to longer stability of sensitive components, provided the product is stored correctly. Thanks to the reliable dropper, dosing is simple, precise and also suitable for concentrated blends that require drop-by-drop application.
This glass bottle is supplied together with a dropper cap that ensures comfortable and reliable dosing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling. With each refilling, however, it is necessary to follow basic hygiene principles – thoroughly empty the packaging, wash it, rinse it and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling.
The dropper cap is most suitable for liquid products that need to be dosed drop by drop or in a small amount. Typically, these are facial and oil serums, concentrated oils, essential oils, perfume compositions, active blends or special treatment solutions. Thanks to precise dosing, wastage is minimized and the user has better control over the amount of product applied.
Before the next filling, we recommend first cleaning the bottle mechanically – remove residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Then use an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to act, then dry the packaging thoroughly at room temperature so that no moisture residues remain that could affect the new formulation.
If you no longer want to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after removing the remaining contents. The dropper cap consists of several components (plastic, rubber or silicone part, possibly a glass pipette), so it is advisable to follow local waste-sorting rules – if possible, separate the individual materials and dispose of them in the appropriate fractions. Always follow the recommendations given with the product and the local recycling system.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging materials category. After clicking on the selected category, you will find the filter at the top of the page, where you can clearly sort products according to several parameters. You can filter, for example, by neck type, packaging size, colour and material. In this way, you can quickly display only those bottles, vials, jars or pots that best match the needs of your formulation.
We recommend storing products in the bottle in a dry, cooler and dark place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Blue glass helps to reduce light penetration to sensitive components, but it is ideal to combine it with proper storage – a well-closed cap, stable temperature and minimizing frequent opening. This will support longer-term stability of the fragrance, colour and efficacy of your product.
