Blue glass bottle – cream dispenser 10 ml is a practical packaging intended for direct dispensing of creamy, gel-based and emulsion-based preparations. The compact cosmetic bottle enables comfortable and hygienic application of the product while minimizing the contact of the contents with air and the external environment. Thanks to the dark blue glass, it helps protect sensitive components from light and thus supports the stability and shelf life of the contents.
This type of medicine bottle is particularly suitable for formulas where precise dosing and cleanliness during application are important. The high-quality packaging material in combination with the functional dispenser makes it a reliable choice for small batches, testers, samples and professional product lines.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and dispenser, designed for convenient use when dispensing creamy and gel-based products. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your particular product.

The dark blue glass helps reduce light penetration, which is beneficial for light-sensitive products such as certain cosmetic active ingredients. At the same time, the dispenser limits contact of the contents with air and touch. Before final implementation, we recommend carrying out stability tests of your specific formulation in this type of packaging.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed, especially if it continues to be intended for a similar type of products. Before each refilling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the parameter table for the product. The glass part can usually be sorted into the appropriate glass container after removing product residues and separating the plastic components. The plastic and any metal parts of the dispenser should be separated and sorted according to local separate-waste-collection rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove any product residues.
The dispenser is particularly suitable for lighter creams, emulsions and gels, which it can dispense smoothly and evenly. With very thick balms or paste-like textures, dosing may be more difficult, so we recommend always testing the behaviour of your specific formula in advance directly in this packaging and, based on the result, adjusting the viscosity of the product if necessary.
