In it you can set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material, and thus quickly narrow the offer down to packaging suitable for your specific formulation.

Yes, the bottle and the sprayer can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging to avoid contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection you can also use products such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find for example in the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only afterwards is it appropriate to refill the packaging with the prepared formulation.

The glass part of the packaging can be washed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsed and allowed to dry completely. After mechanical cleaning it is appropriate to disinfect the inner surface and the thread with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. We recommend rinsing the sprayer itself with water, or possibly with alcohol, and pressing several times to flush the inner capillary as well. Before the next filling, the entire set must be dry and clean.

This type of packaging is ideal primarily for low-viscosity and medium-fluid formulations that can be sprayed without problems – for example aqueous toners, hydrolats, body and hair sprays, disinfectant and alcohol solutions or air fresheners. For thicker emulsions or oil blends it is always appropriate to test the functionality of the sprayer in advance, or to choose another type of dispensing, such as pumps or droppers.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it into the recycling stream according to the material composition given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle should be placed in the collection intended for packaging glass according to local separate collection rules. The sprayer is usually a combination of plastic and metal parts and is therefore mostly considered mixed waste, unless local recycling systems allow otherwise. Before handing over the packaging for recycling, always follow the recommendations of your municipality or collection company.
