Black glossy glass bottle – cream dispenser 30 ml represents a professional packaging suitable for filling various creamy and emulsion formulations that require precise and hygienic dispensing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dispensing system, it is ideal for products where protection of the contents from external influences and limited contact with air during use are important. The dark, glossy glass helps protect sensitive components from light, which supports the stability and longer shelf life of formulas containing oils, vitamins or active ingredients.
The dark glass of the bottle helps reduce the penetration of light to the contents, which is advantageous for formulations with sensitive components such as oils, vitamins or antioxidants. For the long-term stability of formulas, however, we recommend, in addition to suitable packaging, also taking into account the correct dosage of preservatives, appropriate pH and storage of products away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and thorough rinsing with water) and subsequently disinfecting the interior surface and dispensing parts with alcohol. For disinfection you can use, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it with the final product.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed; however, we always recommend using the bottle and dispensing system ideally for the same or a very similar type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be cleaned as thoroughly as possible, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. Only after the packaging has completely dried is safe refilling possible.
If you do not plan to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass part should be placed in the appropriate glass container. The dispensing part, which is usually a combination of plastic and metal elements, must be sorted according to local waste collection rules – if it is not possible to separate the individual materials, it is usually disposed of in mixed waste. Always follow local recommendations for waste separation and the information provided with the product.
