The glass bottle with spray pump is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for filling various cosmetic and technical liquids. High-quality glass combined with a functional spray pump enables precise, fine and hygienic dispensing, making the packaging ideal for products that are applied in a thin layer or as a mist. The dark, opaque glass also helps protect more sensitive formulations from light exposure and contributes to longer stability of the contents.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of glass bottle and spray pump, designed for convenient and controlled dispensing. Combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing reliability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or oil phase content).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. Before implementation in practice, we recommend testing the packaging under real storage and use conditions so that you can be sure that it fully matches the nature of your product and the intended mode of application.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you comply with basic hygiene rules and appropriate storage conditions. Before each refilling, both the packaging and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured ethanol of plant origin. After rinsing and drying, we recommend testing the functionality of the spray pump with a small amount of product to verify even dosing and sealing.
The bottle is intended primarily for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that are applied by spraying. In practice, this includes mainly face and body sprays, hair tonics, toners, refreshers, aromatic room blends and various auxiliary solutions used in the manufacture and application of cosmetics. For thicker emulsions or oils, it is always necessary to test individually whether the given viscosity allows smooth spraying.
Before filling, we recommend working in a clean and dry environment, using disinfected tools and a suitable funnel or dosing system in order to minimise the contact of the product with air and hands. The packaging itself must be thoroughly washed before first and repeated use, rinsed with drinking water, if necessary with a mild detergent, then rinsed with clean water and disinfected with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99% or ethanol 96%). After completely drying, you can fill the bottle and close it tightly with the spray pump.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle should, after being emptied and possibly rinsed, be sorted into the container designated for glass. The spray pump and other plastic parts are sorted according to their material designation, which you will find in the technical description and in the quality certificate. Always follow local waste sorting rules to ensure the most efficient processing of used packaging.
