The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and practical dispensing represents a professional packaging solution for cosmetic and oil-based formulations, where protection of the contents, aesthetics and precise dosing are important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the special black design, the packaging is suitable for filling more sensitive liquid products and oils that require limited light exposure and stable storage.
This bottle is ideal for both more viscous and more fluid liquids that require controlled and hygienic dispensing, whether it is facial oils, serums, hair blends or concentrated oil compositions. The high-quality glass material supports long-term preservation of the properties of the fill and reduces the risk of undesirable interactions between the packaging and the contents.
This glass bottle is intended for use with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected product parameters. The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators), allowing you to choose the method of application exactly according to the character of your formulation.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of essential oils, alcohol component, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle is also suitable for oil-based formulations containing essential oils that require stable and chemically resistant packaging. However, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test with the specific formula, especially at higher concentrations of essential oils, in order to verify the behaviour of the fill during long-term storage.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed, for example when refilling further batches of the same product or similar oil-based formulations. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. In this way you support both the hygienic safety and the stability of your product.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle from any dust impurities and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. A proven option is rinsing or wiping the inner space and the neck of the packaging using IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured of plant origin. After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then fill in your product.
For an easier selection, we recommend using the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category (for example bottles, jars or containers). In the extended filter you can specifically filter by neck type, size, colour and material, so you can easily choose packaging that corresponds to your product and the intended dosing method.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any remaining product as thoroughly as possible. Then place the glass container in the appropriate glass collection bin according to local recycling regulations. The closure or dispenser, which may be made from a different material than glass, should be sorted separately according to the material marking on the given component. In this way you support efficient recycling and the reduction of packaging waste.
