Ideally, the solution should be filled into the bottle in the cleanest possible environment and always using clean working tools. Before filling, clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose, for example products available in our range. When filling, leave a small free gap between the level of the solution and the neck of the bottle so that the spray mechanism works correctly and the bottle can be closed comfortably.

The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the nasal spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. For disinfection you can use suitable alcohol-based products, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol available in our range. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. Before each new use, the packaging must always be disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution.

After the contents have been used up, rinse the bottle with a suitable solution (for example distilled water or another medium compatible with the formulation used) and allow it to dry completely. In the case of repeated use, it is important to clean and disinfect the packaging again before the next filling. For disinfection we recommend alcohol-based products suitable for contact with packaging that is not exposed directly to high temperatures. It is also important to check continuously the functionality of the spray mechanism and the condition of the seals so that the dosing remains precise and hygienic.

Before repeated filling we recommend first mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing and removing residues of the original product) and then disinfecting it with an alcohol solution. In our range you will find suitable disinfectant alcohols that are popular for preparing cosmetics and formulations – for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. It is advisable to rinse the inside of the bottle with alcohol and also spray those parts of the mechanism that come into contact with the solution. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry freely at room temperature and only then fill it again.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass part of the bottle in the appropriate sorted waste stream according to local glass recycling rules. The nasal spray mechanism, which contains plastic and metal components, should be separated and disposed of according to local recommendations for mixed or sorted waste. When sorting, always follow the recommendations of your municipality or waste collection company so that the packaging is processed in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
