The glass bottle with a glossy black surface is a professional packaging designed primarily for filling cosmetic and laboratory liquids, serums, toners and other preparations where light protection and an elegant appearance are important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the opaque black surface, it is suitable for formulations sensitive to external factors and ensures stable, long-term storage of the liquid content.
The packaging is ideal for precise dosing using a spray mechanism directly into the neck, which makes it suitable for gentle dispersion of facial and body products, refreshing mists or special blends. The glossy black glass helps reduce light penetration to the contents, thus contributing to better protection of active ingredients and reducing the risk of their degradation during use and storage.
The glass bottle is a standalone packaging that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators – according to the parameters selected for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
To select a suitable bottle or other packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the filter in the upper part of the page, where you can sort products according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly choose the packaging that best matches your product type and desired design.
Yes, the glass bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the new contents.
Before refilling, it is recommended to first clean the bottle mechanically (rinse out residues of the original product with a suitable cleaning agent and water), then rinse it thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. After drying, the inner surface and contact parts must be disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and again allowed to air out well and dry.
The bottle is ideal for cosmetic and technical liquids where controlled dispersion in the form of a spray and partial protection from light are important. In practice, it is used mainly for facial and body sprays, hair tonics, aromatic blends intended for external use, fabric refreshers or laboratory and test solutions that are applied in a thin layer to the surface.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass container should be emptied, cleared of residual contents and placed in the collection container intended for sorting that type of glass. Plastic or metal parts of the closure or sprayer must, depending on their material, be placed in the appropriate containers for sorted waste. By following these rules, you contribute to effective recycling of the packaging material.
When filling, we recommend working in the cleanest environment possible, using suitable funnels or dosing tools and avoiding contact of the bottle neck with contaminants. Always store it tightly closed, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When changing the type of filling, it is advisable to carry out a trial test filling in order to verify the compatibility of the selected product with the glass and with the sprayer or other closure used.
