The packaging can be reused repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and rinsing both the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and aired out is the bottle ready for safe filling with a new product.

Is the spray pump suitable for all types of liquids and oils?

The mechanical spray pump works best with low-viscosity, water-based or lightly emulsified preparations. With thicker oils or highly viscous emulsions, spraying may be limited or uneven. We always recommend testing with your specific formulation, monitoring the smoothness of dosing and, if necessary, choosing another type of closure or dispenser that better matches the consistency of the product.

Can I use the bottle repeatedly when changing the product type (for example from a facial toner to an aromatherapeutic spray)?

Repeated use is possible, but when changing the product type it is important to ensure thorough cleaning of the packaging and the spray pump to prevent mixing of fragrances or active substances. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill the bottle with a new product.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. After emptying and rinsing out any residue of the contents, place the glass bottle in the container intended for separated glass collection. The plastic spray pump must be separated from the glass and, according to the material designation on the product or in the product parameters, placed in the appropriate separated waste stream.
