The glass bottle in a black matte finish with a white dropper insert is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling liquid preparations where precise, hygienic and economical, drop-by-drop application is important. High-quality glass in combination with a functional dropper insert provides reliable protection of sensitive formulations and helps maintain their stability throughout the entire period of use.
This type of dropper bottle is popular for packaging serums, oils, concentrates and other products that require controlled dosing without contact with the remaining contents. The matte finish together with the opaque black glass helps limit the penetration of light to the filled product and contributes to increased protection of photosensitive components.
This glass bottle with dropper insert is designed as a functional unit for convenient and precise dosing, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check the sealing, the smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure the solution is suitable specifically for your product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and not damaged. For repeated filling it is necessary to follow basic hygiene principles – thoroughly clean the bottle and the dropper insert before each new use and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny. Only after all parts of the packaging are completely dry do we recommend proceeding with refilling.
Before first filling we recommend visually checking the bottle and the dropper insert, removing any dust and rinsing the packaging with a suitable medium according to the type of product being prepared. It is then advisable to carry out disinfection with an alcohol solution, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny. After treatment, leave all parts of the packaging to dry completely at room temperature in a clean and protected place to prevent dilution or contamination of your formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the recommendations listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the container for glass after emptying and basic rinsing, while the closure with dropper insert may belong to plastic collection or mixed waste, depending on local sorting. Before putting it into sorted waste, it is advisable to remove product residues from the packaging to avoid contamination of the recycling stream and to make the packaging as processable as possible.
The dropper insert is ideal for liquid and oil-based preparations that require very precise drop-by-drop dosing – for example facial and hair oils, serums with a higher concentration of active substances, aromatherapeutic oils or concentrated blends intended for mixing with other products. The viscosity of the filled blend should be adapted to the type of dropper insert so that the drops flow smoothly and without sticking; it is therefore advisable to carry out a trial filling and check the dosing method before placing the product on the market.
To make selection easier you can use the extended filter available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can clearly set parameters such as the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, colour and material, and thus quickly narrow down the offer to options that correspond to your product. This makes it easier to find a suitable bottle, jar or other container that meets both technical and aesthetic requirements.
