The glass bottle with a matte surface and cream dispenser pump is a professional packaging suitable for filling creamy, gel-like and thicker emulsions that require precise and hygienic dispensing. High-quality glass ensures the stability of formulations and minimizes the interaction of the packaging with the contents, which is especially important for products containing active ingredients and preservatives.
The opaque matte design helps protect more sensitive components from the effects of light, thus contributing to longer shelf life and stability of cosmetic and treatment products. Thanks to the practical pump system, the contents can be dispensed without the fingers coming into contact with the entire volume of the product, which increases hygiene during use and reduces the risk of contamination.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a cream dispenser pump designed for comfortable and precise use. The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused for additional batches of creams or emulsions if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and extends the shelf life of your formulation.
The bottle with cream dispenser pump is ideal for medium to higher viscosity products such as face creams, emulsions, gels, body lotions or hand creams. For very thin, watery products the dispensing may be less comfortable, so we recommend first testing a small amount of the formulation and checking whether the pump dispenses exactly according to your needs.
Before the first filling, we recommend visually inspecting the bottle, removing any dust and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. In practice, it has proven effective to rinse the interior with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and to thoroughly spray or wipe the surface with preparations such as IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it with the final product.
The matte glass surface is very aesthetic, but at the same time it requires a correctly chosen type of label or print. We recommend using high-quality self-adhesive labels intended for glass packaging, or labels with higher adhesion for matte surfaces. Before the final series, it is advisable to test several types of labels and check that they do not peel off during use and handling. For larger-scale production, screen printing or pad printing can also be considered, as they provide durable and professional marking.
When choosing suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging materials categories. You will find the advanced filter at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers). You can conveniently sort products by neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly find packaging that matches your formulation, design and planned dispensing method.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it, after emptying and basic cleaning, in sorted waste according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass container is usually placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic or composite parts of the dispenser belong in the appropriate sorted waste according to their material composition. By following the recommendations in the parameter table on the product page, you support responsible recycling and a more environmentally friendly approach.
