Glass bottle with matte surface and glossy dispenser is an elegant and functional packaging, ideal for professional and home products for skin and body care. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise dispensing, it is suitable for filling liquid preparations that require controlled application and minimization of contact with the external environment. The dark, opaque glass naturally helps protect sensitive ingredients from light, thus contributing to the stability, longevity and functionality of the contents.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a functional dispenser designed to match the container in terms of both design and practical use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging system is suitable for the particular product.

The bottle with dispenser is generally suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations, such as light facial serums, emulsions or oil blends. For very thick formulations we recommend preparing a small test quantity, filling the packaging and checking whether the dispenser ensures smooth operation and sufficient dosing. In this way you practically confirm that the set viscosity of the formula is fully compatible with the packaging.
The glass packaging can be safely reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the bottle thoroughly, remove residues of the previous product and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable interaction between the old and the new formulation.
Before first use we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleansing agent, rinsing it thoroughly with clean water and letting it dry completely. Afterwards it is advisable to disinfect with alcohol the inner surface of the packaging and the parts of the dispenser that come into contact with the contents – it is practical to use IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. When reusing, repeat the procedure and make sure that no residues of the previous product or moisture remain in the packaging, which could affect the stability of the new formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part should usually be emptied, possibly rinsed from residues of the contents and placed in the container intended for glass sorting. Separate the plastic or metal components of the dispenser and closure and dispose of them in the appropriate sorted waste according to local recycling rules. By following this procedure you contribute to efficient processing of the packaging material and to reducing the environmental burden.
