However, before each new filling it is essential to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle in order to avoid microbial contamination or residues of the previous product. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, products such as IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/) or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/), which are suitable for routine sanitisation of packaging before filling.

Before re-use we recommend first rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, thoroughly removing product residues and then rinsing it several times with clean water. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface with an alcohol solution, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and allow any alcohol residues to evaporate. A packaging prepared in this way is hygienically suitable for new filling, provided it is stored in a clean and dry environment.

If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend, after emptying and a basic rinse, putting it into sorted collection according to the material specified in the product parameters.
