The glass bottle with dropper is a practical and aesthetic packaging solution that is particularly suitable for the precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the integrated pipette, it allows controlled dripping and hygienic application even for concentrated or high-value formulations. The smooth glass surface is suitable for professional labelling with labels and is easy to keep clean.
This type of packaging is popular for filling cosmetic serums, active solutions, oil blends and various extracts, where not only the exact dose but also the visual presentation of the product is important. Glass is chemically stable and, when used correctly, does not change the properties of the contents and contributes to the safe storage of sensitive liquids.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a dropper that allows convenient and controlled dosing of the contents. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle with dropper is suitable for filling liquid cosmetic preparations such as active serums, concentrated solutions or oil elixirs, where precise dosing and hygienic application are important. Before final use, however, we recommend testing the stability of your specific formulation in this packaging in order to verify the behaviour of the product during storage.
The glass packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after all parts of the packaging have completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.
First remove the residues of the original product by mechanically rinsing with lukewarm water and an appropriate cleaning agent. We then recommend rinsing with clean water and disinfecting, for example by immersion in or thorough rinsing with alcohol (IPA or ethanol). After disinfection, it is important to let all parts – the glass bottle, the pipette and the rubber or plastic components of the dropper – dry completely at room temperature in a clean place. Only then is the packaging ready for refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. After removing any product residues and labels, place the glass body of the bottle in the appropriate glass container. The dropper consists of several parts (glass, plastic, and possibly rubber), so it is advisable, where possible, to disassemble it and sort the individual components according to local waste sorting rules. Always follow local recycling recommendations to ensure that the disposal of the packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible.
To make it easier to choose packaging, you can use the advanced filter that appears at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging material category. In the filter, it is possible to combine several parameters at once – for example, the type and diameter of the neck, the size of the packaging, the colour or the material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, dropper bottles, jars or pots that best match your formulation and the intended method of use.
