The glass bottle with dispenser is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality pump mechanism, it is ideal for filling products where dose control, cleanliness of application and the aesthetic presentation of the final product are important.
This type of bottle is popular for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and artisan products where reliable dosing without the content coming into contact with the external environment is required. The smooth glass surface allows for easy labelling with stickers and printing, which facilitates professional labelling and branding of finished products.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be safely reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in your products.
Before first use, we recommend visually checking the bottle, rinsing it according to your internal procedures and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol. After applying the disinfectant, the packaging must be allowed to dry completely so that alcohol residues do not affect the final product. For the dispenser, it is advisable to check the functionality of the pump mechanism before filling with the final formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic parts of the dispenser should be sorted among plastics, unless local collection rules state otherwise. Before recycling, we recommend emptying the bottle and removing any product residues to facilitate further processing of the material.

Yes, thanks to its compact dimensions, the bottle is also suitable for smaller volumes, samples and test batches. It allows professional presentation of the product, while the dispenser provides comfortable use for end customers. It is also suitable for sending samples to business partners or for internal stability testing of new formulations.
The dispenser should be protected from mechanical damage and heavy contamination. For repeated use, we recommend rinsing the dispenser after emptying the bottle with a suitable medium compatible with your formulation, and then disinfecting it as needed. For very viscous or highly pigmented products, it is important to regularly check the passability of the channels to prevent clogging and uneven dosing.
