The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging for liquid products where precise and gentle dosing in the form of a mist is important. Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, aromatherapeutic blends and homemade formulations where practical and hygienic application is required. The glass body of the packaging is stable, does not affect the composition of the contents and is suitable for longer-term storage of various types of liquids.
This glass bottle belongs to stand-alone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The glass packaging is generally very stable towards components such as alcohol, essential oils and other active substances, which makes it a suitable choice for various formulations. However, we recommend always carrying out your own stability/formulation test on a small trial sample to verify the behaviour of the specific recipe over time and to ensure optimal compatibility of the contents with the spray pump.
The packaging can be reused repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned from residues of the original contents and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product (for example products available on Handymade: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill them.
For optimal function of the spray pump, it is important that the contents do not contain larger undissolved particles that could clog the nozzle. It is recommended to use clear or well-filtered solutions and, after filling, to press the bottle several times to release air from the system. When changing the formulation, it is advisable to test the dosing on a small trial batch and verify the uniformity of dispersion and comfort during application.
If you do not plan to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be sorted into the appropriate container for glass, and the plastic and metal components of the spray pump should be separated and sorted according to local waste management rules. Before placing it into sorted waste, rinse the packaging to remove product residues so as not to contaminate other waste.
On Handymade you can use the advanced filter, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. With its help, you can easily choose suitable packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. Simply select the required filters step by step and only those bottles, vials, jars or other containers that meet your criteria will be displayed.
The compact glass packaging with spray pump is also practical for carrying in a handbag or cosmetic bag, for example for toners, disinfectant solutions or refreshing sprays. During transport we recommend tightening the spray pump firmly and, if possible, placing the bottle in a case or pouch that protects it against impacts. Always make sure that the packaging is properly closed and stored in an upright position to minimise the risk of liquid leakage.
