The glass bottle with dropper is a universal container suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to its high-quality design, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic serums, oils and concentrated blends, where cleanliness, stability and controlled application drop by drop are important. The bottle provides reliable protection of the contents and comfort during everyday use in both home and professional production.
This bottle with dropper is designed as a ready-made functional combination of the container and the dosing element, prepared for immediate filling and use. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long-term stability and trouble-free use.
All technical parameters of the container are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dropper, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol is ideal, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After treatment, let all parts dry completely on a clean surface to prevent dilution or contamination of your formulation.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. After each complete use of the product we recommend disassembling the container, cleaning it thoroughly and, before refilling, always disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and ensure that the new formulation is not affected by residues of the original product.
If you decide not to use the container any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, put the glass part of the bottle into the container intended for glass. The dropper consists of several materials (plastic, rubber, possibly a metal spring); ideally these parts should be mechanically separated and the plastic components sorted according to local plastic collection rules. Residues of cosmetics should be minimized so that they do not affect the recycling process.
The dropper is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity preparations for which drop-by-drop dosing is important. It is suitable for facial serums, oil elixirs, concentrated active solutions, aromatherapeutic compositions and trial formulations that need to be applied precisely and in a small amount. For thicker emulsions or gels we recommend testing the suitability of dosing and, if necessary, choosing another type of closure or applicator.
