The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging solution that is particularly suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations such as serums, oils or concentrated solutions. The practical dropper enables hygienic and controlled application of the contents directly onto the skin, into a blend or into finished products. Thanks to high-quality glass and precise closure, the packaging is suitable for home use as well as for artisan brands that place emphasis on reliable storage and safe handling.
The bottle is ideal for smaller quantities of concentrated formulations that require precise drop-by-drop dosing. The combination of a glass container and a dropper helps minimise the contact of the contents with air and ensures comfort during application. The packaging is suitable for liquid products intended for cosmetic and laboratory use, where stability, purity and consistent dosing are important.
These glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters, such as screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The glass bottle with dropper is suitable for most cosmetic active ingredients and diluted essential oils, provided they are used at the concentrations recommended for cosmetics. Glass is a stable material that generally does not react with such formulations. When working with highly concentrated blends or unusual raw materials, however, we always recommend making a trial filling and monitoring the behaviour of the packaging and the dropper over time.
The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the bottle and all its parts must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate after application so that no alcohol residues remain in the packaging, and only then fill the bottle with the final product.
We recommend storing filled bottles well closed, in a dry place, at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This prevents unnecessary temperature fluctuations and prolongs the stability of the contents. For sensitive formulations, it is also advisable to follow the recommendations of the raw material supplier and the formula manufacturer (for example, storage in a cool place or in the dark). Always use clean hands and do not unscrew the bottle for longer than is necessary for dosing.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category at the top of the page, you will see the option to filter packaging according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly select bottles, jars or pumps that will match your formula, method of application and the visual style of your brand.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it as thoroughly as possible and removing any product residues. The glass part of the bottle can usually be disposed of in a container intended for glass, while the closure with dropper must be sorted according to the material specified in the parameter table on the product page. In the case of composite packaging (glass + plastic + rubber), it is ideal to separate the individual parts and sort them according to local waste-sorting rules. Always follow the recommendations of your municipality and the information given in the parameters of the specific product.
