For disinfection of the inner surface we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After application, allow the packaging to air out thoroughly and dry, and only then fill it with the final product.

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed and proper care is taken. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, the mechanism must be checked and then the entire packaging disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. We recommend repeated use only if there is no visible damage to either the glass or the dispenser and the mechanism works reliably.

The dispenser is most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity products such as light oils, emulsions, serums and fluids. With very thick creams or gels, dosing may be less smooth, so we recommend first creating a test sample and testing the behaviour of the product in the packaging. When developing the formula, it is practical to test the dosing continuously in order to achieve an optimal consistency for the selected bottle type.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material composition specified in the product parameters and on the packaging itself. The glass part can generally be placed, after cleaning, in a container for sorted glass waste. The plastic dispenser should be separated from the bottle and sorted according to the type of plastic, or handed over within municipal waste collection if local rules do not allow more detailed sorting. When recycling, follow local regulations and the recommendations of your municipality or waste collection company.

We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry, clean environment protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. It is important that the dispenser is always tightly closed, which reduces the risk of contamination and the evaporation of volatile components. In professional production, it is advisable to label the packaging with the filling date and batch number in order to keep track of the shelf life and traceability of individual batches.
