Transparent glass bottle cream dispenser with black top represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging creamy and semi-liquid products that require controlled and hygienic dispensing. Thanks to the high-quality glass packaging and functional dispensing mechanism, it is suitable for home formulations as well as professional cosmetic ranges, where protection of the contents, cleanliness of application and a representative appearance of the product are important.
The transparent glass allows visual control of the fill level and consistency, which you will appreciate when testing your own recipes as well as in serial production. The packaging facilitates dispensing of creams, emulsions and gels without direct contact with the contents, thereby helping to reduce the risk of contamination and increasing comfort during everyday use.
This bottle with dispenser is designed as a ready-to-use functional combination of packaging and dispensing mechanism. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify trouble-free functioning with your particular product.

The bottle with dispenser is intended mainly for creamy, emulsion and gel formulations that can be smoothly expelled using the pump. For very thick balms or buttery textures we recommend carrying out a trial filling and dispensing to verify whether the product passes smoothly through the dispenser without excessive pressure.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using suitable disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the bottle ready for new filling.
It is advisable to fill the bottle with cream or gel slowly and evenly, ideally using a filling syringe or a small funnel. When filling, try not to create a stream containing a large amount of air bubbles. After closing the dispenser, press the pump several times so that the system is vented and the product is drawn into the mechanism. At first use it is normal that several presses are needed before the dispenser starts to deliver the contents regularly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. After emptying and rinsing as thoroughly as possible, place the glass part of the bottle in the container designated for glass. The dispensing mechanism and plastic parts must be separated and sorted according to the type of plastic (the information is usually given in the parameters or directly on the packaging), or, if local recycling is not possible, handed in at a collection yard. Before recycling, always remove product residues so that the sorted waste is not contaminated.
