Glass bottle with black spray pump represents a practical and elegant packaging solution for liquid preparations where gentle and even dispersion onto the skin, hair or surface is important. Durable glass combined with a functional spray mechanism helps protect the product composition, maintain its stability and reduce the risk of contamination during use.
This type of bottle is suitable for filling various cosmetic and auxiliary solutions where convenient dosing in the form of a mist or spray is required. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the packaging is suitable for home as well as semi-professional use in small-scale production and for test or small product runs.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the Handymade offer. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging, including the spray pump, must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usability of your products in this packaging.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with suitable cleaning water or solution, then allowing it to drain thoroughly and dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the internal space of the bottle and the parts that come into contact with the contents with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with plant-based ethanol. Only after it is completely dry should you fill the bottle with the final product.
If spraying is not even, first check whether the bottle is correctly and sufficiently filled and whether the spray head is firmly screwed on. If you suspect clogging, you can flush the nozzle and dip tube with warm water and then with alcohol, making sure all parts are allowed to dry completely. For formulations with a higher proportion of solid particles or a thicker consistency, consider using a different type of dispensing or mechanism.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material designation given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be handed over to separated collection for glass after emptying and basic cleaning. The plastic spray pump (and any other plastic parts) should be separated and placed in the appropriate container for plastics, or handled according to the instructions of the local waste collection. Always follow the current sorting rules in your municipality and the specific material designation of the packaging in the parameter table.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can clearly choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material, so that only those bottles, vials, jars or other containers that meet the requirements of your product are displayed. This allows you to quickly find packaging with both the appropriate appearance and functional properties.
Yes, this type of glass bottle with spray pump is also suitable for small volumes, samples and test batches of products, for example when developing new formulas or offering trial packs to customers. The compact format allows convenient dosing while providing a representative appearance that is suitable for presenting the final product in a smaller pack size.
