The glass bottle with black spray pump represents a practical and professional solution for packaging various liquid preparations where a gentle and even application to the surface of the skin, hair or textiles is required. Thanks to the precise mechanical spray pump, it enables comfortable dosing without unnecessary waste and is suitable for both home and professional use in cosmetics, household products or artisan manufacturing.
The clear glass provides an overview of the quantity and appearance of the contents, which is practical for stock control and for visually attractive formulations. The smooth surface of the bottle makes cleaning easier and at the same time offers space for labelling or branding. This type of packaging is suitable for various types of liquids that are applied in a thin layer in the form of a spray.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of long-term reliability under real conditions of use.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean the entire bottle including the spray pump and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of appropriate quality, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough drying you can fill the bottle again with a suitable formulation.
The spray pump is most suitable for low-viscosity, liquid formulations that are to be applied as a fine mist or spray. These include, for example, facial and body sprays, hydrolats, toning waters, hair sprays, light aromatherapeutic blends and disinfectant and cleaning solutions based on alcohol or water. For thicker emulsions or oils it is necessary to check in advance whether the spray pattern is even and the dosing sufficient.
You can rinse the glass part with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. We recommend flushing the spray pump by repeatedly drawing in and spraying clean water or alcohol to remove residues of the previous product. After washing, let all parts dry at room temperature and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for the next filling.
When recycling, proceed according to the material information given in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is generally intended for sorting into the glass container after removal of product residues. Plastic parts such as the spray pump and cap belong to mixed or plastic waste according to local sorting rules – before disposal we recommend unscrewing them and separating them from the glass. If possible, also follow the recommendations of the local waste collection system and always ensure that the packaging is as empty as possible before recycling.
