The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, especially in home production for personal use or for internal testing. Before each new filling, however, it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and the nasal applicator and then disinfect them, for example using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol available on the page IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or plant-based ethanol Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready for new filling.

Before repeated use, we recommend disassembling the bottle into individual parts, washing the glass container with warm water and a suitable detergent, rinsing thoroughly and letting it dry. It is then appropriate to disinfect the glass and the plastic parts of the nasal mechanism with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. When cleaning, avoid mechanical damage to the tubes and seals so that dosing remains even and reliable.

The glass bottle with nasal spray is ideal for aqueous solutions, fine salts, herbal and natural extracts intended for application into the nose. It is suitable for moisturising and cleansing solutions, supportive preparations for rhinitis, as well as for simple aromatic formulations according to your recipe. For thicker or oil-based mixtures it is always necessary to test whether the sprayer mechanism ensures sufficiently fine and even dosing.

If you decide not to reuse the bottle with nasal spray, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass part can be placed into a container intended for glass. The plastic components of the nasal mechanism should be separated and sorted according to local rules for plastic collection. Before handing it over to sorted waste collection, remove any product residues so that they do not affect the recycling process.

We recommend storing the filled packaging well closed, in a dry place and at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Do not place the bottle in an environment with high humidity or significant temperature fluctuations, so that the physical properties of the product are not affected and the sprayer is not exposed to undesirable pressure stress. For products with more sensitive active substances, follow the recommendations of the formulation or raw material supplier.
