Glass bottle – vial represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of cosmetic as well as technical liquids. Thanks to the high-quality clear glass, it is suitable for filling various solutions, serums and blends, where visual control of the content and the stability of the formulation during storage and use are important.
The rounded shape and well-crafted thread allow reliable sealing in combination with a compatible closure, dropper or applicator. The black aluminium cap helps protect the contents from contact with ambient humidity and impurities, thus contributing to longer shelf life and hygienic use of the final product.
The glass bottles – vials in this category are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the product. All combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters – place the glass bottle in the container intended for glass and the cap, according to the material designation, in the appropriate separated waste stream.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol in technical grade or plant-based ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný, which are available directly on Handymade.sk.
First remove the remnants of the original product with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent that does not leave a film or fragrance. Then rinse the bottle with clean water, let it dry and disinfect it with alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready for refilling.

Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow the selection to the packaging that is most suitable for your specific product and the intended dosing method.
Yes, the smaller volume of the bottle is practical for development samples, stability tests and testers for clients. Thanks to the clear glass, you can visually monitor any changes in colour, clarity or sedimentation. Before each new test, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging so that the results are not affected by residues of the previous formulation.
If you do not plan to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. It is appropriate to place the glass bottle in the container intended for glass after you have removed the coarse residues of the contents. Sort the cap made of aluminium or other material separately into the container according to the relevant marking. By sorting correctly, you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
Yes, the compact glass bottle is suitable as a travel container for serums, oils and other liquid preparations. When transporting, we recommend checking that the cap is properly tightened and storing the bottle in a vertical position; for extra safety, you can place it in a resealable bag or pouch to avoid soiling your luggage in case of an unexpected impact or vacuum during transport.
