The glass bottle – medicine bottle (dropper bottle) represents a reliable and hygienic packaging for precise dosing of various liquid and powdered preparations. The transparent glass allows good visual control of the contents and is suitable for packaging cosmetic formulations, technical solutions or concentrated blends, where material stability and easy dosing are important.
Thanks to the durable packaging glass, this bottle is suitable for liquid products as well as fine powder or granulated blends, where you will appreciate the option to combine it with various types of closures. The glass packaging is chemically inert, easy to clean and, with proper handling, is also suitable for repeated use, which makes it a practical solution for both smaller and larger batches of your own products.
Glass bottles – medicine bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters chosen at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Packaging prepared in this way minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and is suitable for refilling.
Before the first filling we recommend rinsing the bottle with water, if necessary washing it with a suitable cleaning agent intended for laboratory or cosmetic equipment, and then rinsing it very thoroughly. After drying it is suitable to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade) and let it ventilate thoroughly. Only then is the packaging ready for safe use with your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. After emptying and a rough rinse, place the glass bottle in the sorted glass collection according to local rules. Plastic or metal closures should be separated separately into the appropriate containers according to the material specified for the product. In this way you minimize waste and support the circulation of packaging materials.

In practice it is used mainly for cosmetic serums, oil elixirs, concentrated active solutions, aromatherapeutic blends and test formulations.
