The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. The transparent glass allows visual inspection of the contents and easy monitoring of consumption, while the practical sprayer with protective cap ensures comfortable application as well as secure closure during storage or transport. Thanks to the durable glass, this small bottle is suitable for filling cosmetic, hygienic and technical solutions that require even atomisation onto the skin, surfaces or textiles.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable product, for example with isopropyl alcohol ALK001 or plant-based ethanol ALK002. After complete drying, you can refill the packaging. When changing the type of product (for example from a cosmetic to a technical solution), it is advisable to consider using a new bottle.
The glass container can be rinsed with warm water and a mild detergent, thoroughly rinsed again and left to dry. We then recommend disinfecting the inner surface and the neck, for example using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. The sprayer should be “sprayed through” several times with the disinfectant solution and then left to air dry. For highly perfumed or coloured fillings, repeated cleaning may be necessary.
The sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity preparations based on water or hydro-alcohol that need to be applied as a fine mist – for example facial toners, floral waters, body and hair sprays or air fresheners. Thick emulsions or oil blends with high viscosity may limit spraying, so we always recommend testing with the specific formula and, depending on the result, adjusting the composition or choosing another type of dispensing.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local regulations and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the glass bottle and separate the plastic sprayer with the cap. Sort the individual parts into the appropriate recycling containers according to the material designation in the parameter table. In this way you contribute to the reuse of raw materials and to waste reduction.
