The glass bottle with dispenser represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling liquid cosmetic preparations that require convenient and controlled dosing. Durable glass contributes to the stability of the composition and minimizes interactions between the contents and the packaging, while the integrated dispenser ensures hygienic use and precise application of the product.
This type of bottle is popular in the production of facial, body and hair products, where cleanliness of application, protection of the contents and a representative appearance of the final product are important. Thanks to comfortable dosing, the packaging is also suitable for semi-transparent or more sensitive formulations, for which protection from air and excessive contact with the skin of the hands during handling is important.
This glass bottle is supplied directly with a dispenser, which makes it a functional, tested and ready-made set suitable for immediate filling. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging is suitable for the particular type of product and its viscosity.

The glass bottle with dispenser is designed for various types of liquid and lighter oil-based formulations. However, the viscosity of the product may affect the smoothness of dosing, so we recommend performing a trial filling before final filling and testing whether the dispenser is suitable for the specific texture and the desired dose size.
The glass bottle can be reused, provided you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the bottle and dispenser to dry completely so that no residual moisture remains in the packaging, which could affect the stability of the new product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly. It is advisable to remove any product residues from the glass container before sorting and then place it in a container designated for glass, in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. The plastic dispenser is usually sorted into plastic waste; individual material components (if they can be separated) can be disassembled and sorted separately according to the recommendations of your waste collection company and according to the material designation stated in the product parameters. This maximises the chance that the packaging will be recovered as material.
Yes, this type of glass bottle is, thanks to its compact size and integrated dispenser, very practical for preparing smaller trial and travel-size packs. It allows you to present the product in a representative glass package and at the same time conveniently control the amount of product dispensed. For travel use we recommend always tightening the bottle well and, in the case of air transport, placing it in a resealable protective bag.
