The glass bottle with nasal spray is a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine nasal atomizer. Thanks to the high-quality glass and specialized applicator, the bottle is suitable for filling solutions, serums and preparations where precise application into the nasal cavity and minimization of contamination of the contents are important.
This type of packaging is optimized for liquid formulations that require a stable environment, protection against external influences and convenient dosing in small amounts. The glass vial combined with the nasal spray provides a reliable and repeatable method of dosing, thereby increasing user comfort as well as the professional appearance of the final product.
This glass bottle is supplied with a specialized nasal spray, and the combination of the packaging and dosing system is designed to ensure functional and convenient use. The packaging and closure combinations created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify suitability for the specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable type of filling and when hygiene principles are observed. However, before each refilling, the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range. After cleaning and disinfection, the packaging must be allowed to dry completely and only then be refilled.
When selecting packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can sort products according to several parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way, you can easily display only those bottles, vials, jars or dispensers that meet the requirements of your product and make it easier to navigate the wide range of packaging materials.
Before repeated use, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle with water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing it with clean water and disinfecting it with alcohol. In the Handymade range you will find, for this purpose, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 and high-concentration plant-based ethanol, which are suitable for disinfecting clean packaging material. After applying the disinfecting alcohol, allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill it.
Before filling a larger quantity of product, we recommend carrying out a trial filling of a smaller volume. Observe whether the atomizer doses a stable amount of the product, whether there is any leakage in the area of the thread, and whether the formulation affects the operation of the mechanism (for example by thickening or forming deposits). Also check the stability of the solution in contact with the glass and the plastic parts of the atomizer over several days. Only after a successful test is it appropriate to proceed to filling the entire batch.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. In most cases, it is necessary to separate the glass part of the bottle from the plastic and metal components of the spray mechanism. Then place the glass container in the appropriate glass recycling bin and the remaining parts in sorted waste collection according to their material. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove any product residues so that the recycling stream is not contaminated.
