The green glass bottle with a glossy black dropper represents a professional packaging solution for sensitive drop formulations, helping to protect the contents while also facilitating precise dosing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and integrated pipette, it is suitable for filling liquid products where purity, stability and controlled use with each application are important.
The green glass of the vial supports protection of the contents from light and is a practical choice for formulations that require consistent quality throughout the entire period of use. The bottle is ideal for smaller batches, test samples and final products prepared for sale or gifting.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of a glass bottle and a dropper, providing ready-to-use and functional drop dosing for various types of oil and liquid formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially for products with a higher content of active ingredients or essential oils.

Before the first filling, we recommend visually checking the bottle, removing any manufacturing residues and thoroughly cleaning the packaging. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging as well as the dropper with a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature so that no residual moisture remains in the bottle.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially when producing your own cosmetics in smaller batches. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol /IPA/ or plant-based ethanol, available in the offer as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After cleaning and disinfection, allow the bottle and the dropper to dry completely before refilling them.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material types listed in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle can, after emptying and basic rinsing, be placed in a container intended for glass. The dropper consists of several parts (plastic, rubber, glass), so it is advisable to separate the individual materials where possible and sort them into the appropriate collection containers in accordance with local recycling rules. The dropper is most suitable for less viscous liquids where precise and controlled drop-by-drop dosing is important. This applies in particular to facial and body oils, oil serums, booster concentrates, aromatherapeutic blends and liquid formulations with a higher concentration of active ingredients. For thicker products, such as some gel textures, dosing may be less smooth, so we recommend testing the behavior of the specific formulation in this type of packaging in advance.
