Plastic bottle with aluminium cap represents a modern and aesthetic packaging suitable for various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. Thanks to the plastic material used and the high-quality metal closure, the bottle is stable, lightweight and practical for everyday use as well as for professional production of smaller product series. The reliable sealing helps protect the contents against unwanted leakage and external influences during storage and transport.
The packaging is designed to look clean and professional within cosmetic and complementary product lines – whether it concerns homemade recipes or branded products. The smooth surface of the bottle allows for easy labelling with a label or print, which is an advantage when building a unified visual brand style and for clear identification of the contents.
The standalone plastic bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters in the Handymade.sk offer – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works optimally with your product.

The bottle can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the properties of your products.
After emptying the contents, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable detergent and warm water, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to drain. After mechanical cleaning, it is necessary to disinfect the inner and outer surfaces of the packaging – for example using IPA 99 % or 96 % denatured plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, leave the bottle to dry completely at room temperature away from direct sunlight and only then refill it.

Using it, you can clearly filter the packaging according to several parameters – for example according to the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, colour or material. Thanks to the combination of these filters, you will quickly find a bottle, medicine bottle, jar or other container that best matches the character of your formulation and the planned dosing method.
The lightweight plastic bottle with a metal cap is also practical for travelling, because compared to glass it reduces the weight of the luggage and the risk of breakage. Before carrying it, however, we recommend checking whether the closure is properly tightened and, if necessary, using additional protection (e.g. a resealable bag) during air travel or when transporting products together with electronics or clothing.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. The plastic body of the packaging can usually be placed in the container intended for sorted plastic waste, the metal aluminium cap in the container intended for metal packaging (if the waste sorting system in your location allows this). Before handing over for sorted collection, do not boil the bottle or the closure and do not expose them to extremely high temperatures.
