White plastic bottle with transparent disc top 150 ml is a practical and aesthetic packaging for liquid products, which is perfectly suited for the bathroom, travel bag and professional use. Thanks to the reliable disc top closure, it enables convenient dispensing, minimizes spillage and helps keep the contents hygienically protected throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for various types of liquid formulations – from gentle cleansing preparations to thicker emulsions. The compact plastic bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and ideal for home use as well as for small artisan batches of products.
This plastic bottle is supplied with a functional disc top closure, which allows comfortable dosing of liquid preparations. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging will meet the requirements of the specific product in the long term.

The packaging can be reused if hygiene rules are observed and it is handled appropriately. Before each refilling, the bottle and the disc top closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfecting the surfaces of the packaging, we recommend using alcohol-based solutions, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry at room temperature and only then refill it.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent, removing residues of the original product and then thoroughly rinsing with clean water. After drying the inner space and the closure, it is advisable to disinfect the contact surfaces with an alcohol-based product (for example IPA or ethanol from our range), and after the alcohol has evaporated, refill the bottle. In this way you support the stability and hygiene of your cosmetic products.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended for exposure to high temperatures. When in contact with hot water, during boiling or when washed in a dishwasher, the packaging may deform and the sealing of the closure may deteriorate. We therefore recommend cleaning at moderate temperatures and disinfecting with an alcohol-based product instead of thermal sterilization. This will preserve the dimensional stability of the bottle and the functionality of the disc top mechanism.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend placing it in the separate collection system according to the recycling symbol indicated in the product parameters. First, empty the bottle completely, rinse it roughly and remove any remaining contents. Then place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste intended for the given type of plastic. In this way you enable material recovery of the packaging and reduce the amount of waste ending up in mixed municipal waste.
