Plastic bottle with dispenser represents a professional packaging intended for convenient and hygienic filling of liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a practical dispenser, it is ideal for precise and controlled application of various formulations without unnecessary waste. The bottle is suitable for cosmetics manufacturers as well as smaller artisan brands that are looking for a reliable and aesthetic packaging material.
The construction of the packaging is designed to support the stability of the contents and comfort during everyday use. The dispenser enables precise dosing of liquid and gel products, minimizes the contact of the contents with air and helps maintain their quality throughout the entire period of use. Thanks to its universal character, this bottle is suitable for a wide spectrum of preparations – from gentle facial cosmetics to practical household products.
This bottle belongs among individual packaging components that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of long-term reliability under real conditions of use.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimize microbiological risks and protects the stability of your formulations.
We recommend first rinsing the dispenser with warm water and a small amount of a suitable detergent in order to remove the residues of the previous filling. Subsequently, it is appropriate to thoroughly flush it with clean water until all foam and product residues have been removed. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the internal parts with an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA or ethanol), allow them to drip off and dry completely. In this way, the smooth operation of the pump is maintained and the risk of clogging of the dosing mechanism is reduced.
The bottle with dispenser is primarily intended for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations, such as light emulsions, fluids or gel products. With very thick creams, the comfort of dosing may be reduced or the pump may start to jam. Therefore, before using it in final production, we recommend always performing a trial filling and dosing test to verify whether the specific formulation corresponds to the capabilities of this type of dispenser.
Choosing a suitable packaging is made easier by the advanced filter in the packaging category. Thanks to this, you will quickly find bottles, vials, jars or sprayers that will be technically and visually suitable for the specific type of your formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. Subsequently, it is advisable to disassemble the bottle and the dispenser into individual parts (bottle body, pump, cap) and follow the recycling information given in the parameter table at the product on Handymade.sk. According to the material stated there, then place the packaging into the appropriate sorted waste stream. In this way, you will support the efficient recycling of plastic materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
