The plastic bottle with a practical dispenser is a universal packaging suitable for hygienic and comfortable filling of a wide range of liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the integrated dosing, it enables precise application and minimizes the contact of the contents with air and contamination during use.
The white opaque plastic helps protect more sensitive components from undesirable effects of light, while the combination with the white-silver dispensing mechanism looks aesthetic and professional. The packaging is designed to withstand regular use in both home and professional cosmetics.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and dispenser ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify that the packaging functions reliably with your specific product.

This type of dispensing packaging is primarily intended for liquid to medium-viscosity cosmetic preparations, such as light emulsions, milks, fluids and gels. With very thick creams, dosing may be less smooth, so we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging in advance and, based on the result, adjusting the viscosity or choosing a more suitable type of container.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Disinfection helps to minimize microbial contamination and prolongs the safety and stability of your cosmetic formulations.
Before the first filling and with each subsequent use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Then the internal surfaces and parts that come into contact with the product must be disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After the alcohol has evaporated, you can safely fill the packaging. Observe hygiene standards during work in order to minimize the risk of product contamination.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the instructions given in the product parameter table. Before handing it over for sorted collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging and, where possible, remove any product residues. Then place the packaging in the appropriate container according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the website. In this way, you support efficient waste processing and reduce the environmental burden.
