The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and hygienic packaging for a wide range of liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to its solid construction and precise dispensing, it is suitable for filling products for which quantity control and cleanliness of application are important. The ergonomic shape of the bottle ensures comfortable use in both home and professional cosmetic production.
The closed pump system limits the contact of the contents with air and with hand contact, thus contributing to longer stability of the formulation and to the comfort of the end user. This type of packaging is suitable for everyday use and helps maintain the consistency and quality of the filled product throughout the entire period of use.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). When developing the final product, it is advisable to verify in particular the comfort of dispensing, the match with the viscosity of your formula and the long-term stability under the planned storage conditions.

The bottle with dispenser is designed to handle most common cosmetic consistencies, from light waters and fluids to medium-viscosity emulsions. For very thick creams or balms, however, we recommend carrying out a dispensing test and, if necessary, adjusting the formula (for example by reducing the proportion of waxes or thickeners) so that the pump action is smooth and reliable.
The packaging can, if hygiene principles are observed, be reused for new batches of product. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, the dispenser and all contact parts. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade, which you can find in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely to avoid dilution or affecting the properties of your formulation.
For normal cleaning, warm water with a mild, non-aggressive detergent is sufficient, followed by thorough rinsing and natural drying. Strongly abrasive cleaning agents, aggressive solvents or prolonged soaking are not recommended, as they may shorten the service life of the packaging or affect the appearance of the surface. In case of repeated use, always perform disinfection with a suitable alcohol after washing and drying, and only then refill the bottle again.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over to separated collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and remove any residual contents. Then place it in the appropriate container according to the material designation (for example, plastic packaging into a container for plastics). By following these principles, you support responsible handling of packaging material and reduce the amount of waste.
