Plastic bottle with matte dispenser is a practical packaging suitable for everyday use in cosmetics as well as in home production. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a reliable pump mechanism, it is ideal for filling various liquid formulations that require comfortable and controlled dispensing. The closed system helps protect the contents from external contamination and limits the product’s contact with air during use.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal handling and transport well, while the dispenser allows more precise application of the product directly where it is needed. Thanks to the clean design line, the bottle looks professional and is also suitable for small manufacturers, studios and artisan cosmetic production.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed, especially in home production or smaller cosmetic series. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, the dispenser and all parts that come into contact with the product. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a quality appropriate to the product’s intended use. For this purpose, you can use products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then refill the bottle again.
The bottle with pump dispenser is most suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity products that are used in smaller doses – for example body and facial lotions, fluid creams, moisturising and soothing emulsions, lighter cleansing preparations, gel products or treatment products for hands and body. In practice, it is also popular for professional working solutions in salons, where fast, hygienic and repeatable application without unnecessary contact with the contents is important.
Before first use, we recommend dismantling the packaging into individual parts, rinsing them with a suitable cleaning agent and then rinsing thoroughly with water so that no residues of the cleaning solution remain. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to carry out disinfection with alcohol – for example, rinsing and spraying the inner and outer surfaces using products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based is practical. After disinfection, let all components drip off freely and dry completely at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing product residues. The method of recycling and sorting is governed by the material specified in the product parameters – according to this, the bottle must be placed in the relevant separated waste stream (most often the container for plastics or another fraction according to local rules). If the packaging has contained specific or highly pigmented formulations, it is advisable to rinse it before handing it over for recycling in order to minimise product residues. All information about the material can be found in the technical description and the quality certificate, which will make proper sorting easier for you.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example bottles, jars, dropper bottles, etc.). In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria at once – the specific neck type, the desired packaging size, colour and material. In this way, you can easily display only those packages that meet your technical and design requirements and find a suitable bottle or jar for your formulation more quickly.
Before starting production, we recommend preparing a smaller trial batch of the product and filling it into several pieces of the same packaging. During testing, monitor any changes to the bottle (softening, discolouration, changes in shape) as well as the proper functioning of the dispenser – whether it does not clog, whether it dispenses the same amount of product and whether it seals properly. Store the packages under conditions as close as possible to the planned storage of the finished product (temperature, light, handling). With this procedure, you can detect any incompatibility in time and adjust either the recipe or the selected type of packaging.
