The plastic bottle with a matte surface and trigger sprayer is a practical container designed for convenient and hygienic application of various liquid preparations. The fine mist allows even application to the skin, hair, surfaces and textiles, making it suitable for cosmetic and technical formulations according to your needs. The opaque design also helps protect more sensitive contents from light and supports the stability of the composition during storage.
This product is a combination of a container and a trigger sprayer designed directly for Handymade. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly for Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing method and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase, pH).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the container can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the inner surface has completely dried is the container ready again for safe filling.
The trigger sprayer is particularly suitable for low-viscosity liquids – water and water-alcohol solutions, hydrolats, facial and body sprays, hair lotions and aromatic mist blends. For thicker emulsions or oils, spraying may be limited, so we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific product in the container in advance and, based on the result, if necessary adjusting the composition or choosing another type of dispensing.
Before repeated use, the container first needs to be cleaned mechanically – remove residues of the original product, rinse with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, and rinse thoroughly. We then recommend disinfecting the inner surfaces of the bottle, as well as the dip tube and the spray head, with an alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or plant ethanol 96%. After applying the disinfectant it is important to let all parts of the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then fill the container again.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle any more, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. In practice this means disassembling the packaging into individual parts (bottle body and sprayer), removing product residues and any labels, and placing it in the appropriate collection container according to local recycling rules. By following the recommended sorting according to the material designation, you support efficient processing and recycling of the packaging.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. You can access it at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars, sprayers). In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters – select according to neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. This allows you to quickly narrow down the range to options that suit the consistency, dosing and design of your specific product.
