Plastic bottle made of high-quality PET represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for various liquid and slightly viscous products. The transparent closure allows quick visual inspection of the dispensing system and the contents, which makes both use and storage easier. Thanks to precise manufacturing, the bottle seals well and is stable, suitable for homemade recipes, small batches and professional use in artisan production.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents during normal handling, transport and storage. The smooth surface of the bottle is easy to clean, suitable for labelling and allows you to create an aesthetically uniform product line for cosmetic, hygiene or technical formulations. Thanks to the transparent body, you always have an overview of the amount of product inside.
Warning regarding PET material: PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, as there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. The bottle is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
The standalone plastic bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, uniformity of dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only then is the bottle ready to be refilled with a suitable formulation.
We recommend cleaning the PET bottle with lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and a soft brush or sponge. Avoid exposing it to high temperatures, as the packaging may become deformed. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. After washing, allow the bottle and closure to dry thoroughly and disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based product before the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table for the product. In most cases, PET packaging is sorted into the container designated for plastics. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle, possibly rinse out any product residues and separate the closure if it is made of a different material. Packaging prepared in this way enables more efficient processing in the recycling process.
The bottle is intended primarily for low- to medium-viscosity liquids, such as toners, facial tonics, hair tonics, shower gels, lighter shampoos and similar formulations. Before filling thicker products, it is advisable to check whether the chosen type of closure or dispenser allows comfortable and even dosing. We always recommend producing a test batch so that you can assess the behaviour of the specific composition in the packaging during use and storage.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can conveniently filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material. In this way you can quickly select bottles, dropper bottles, jars or containers that best meet the requirements of your product and the intended method of use.
Before the final implementation of the packaging, we recommend preparing a smaller trial batch and monitoring the filled bottles over several weeks. Observe any changes in the colour, consistency or odour of the product, any softening or deformation of the bottle walls and the condition of the closure (sealing, leaks, clogging). Store the packaging under the recommended conditions – away from direct sunlight and sources of heat – so that you obtain a realistic picture of the compatibility of the material with your specific formulation.
